Thank you for visiting the I-35 Facilities website. This site is your go-to resource for learning more about Bond 2025 – a proposal shaped by our community to address key facility needs and invest in the future of the Interstate 35 Community School District.

Through open conversations, community forums, surveys, and other feedback opportunities, we’ve identified areas of our school facilities that need more than short-term fixes. Bond 2025 also presents an opportunity to expand educational and extracurricular opportunities for our students. This proposal reflects the priorities shared by parents, staff, students, and local stakeholders.

Why Bond 2025?

This bond proposal is grounded in five core goals that were defined in collaboration with our community:

• Modernize our Facilities
  Bring our buildings up to code and ensure they meet today’s educational and safety standards through renovation and/or new construction.
• Support District Growth and Stability
  Invest in our future by making I-35 a district where families want to stay, grow, and thrive.
• Ensure Safety for All
  Provide safe, functional spaces for students in academics, athletics, and extracurriculars, along with the staff and families who support them.
• Plan for the Future
  Make decisions now that prepare our district for the changing needs of tomorrow.
• Use Taxpayer Dollars Wisely
  Maximize value by addressing the most pressing needs in a way that balances ambition with fiscal responsibility. This includes supporting the recently lowered tax levy rate for fiscal year 2026.

General information about Bond 2025 will be shared regularly at community events. It’s a chance to ask questions and learn more about the proposed projects. We ask that you mark your calendars for Nov. 4, 2025, which is when the community will be asked to vote on local issues, including the Bond 2025 measure.
